Stepout Terms of Use

By downloading or using Stepout ("the app"), made by Bals Digital ("we"), you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Stepout suggests small everyday activities outside. You decide whether and how to do them. Use common sense: respect local laws, private property, traffic and the weather, and skip any mission that isn't safe or suitable for you. Stepout is not medical or fitness advice.

Stepout Pro

Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Availability

We may update, change or discontinue features. Your on-device data belongs to you and stays on your device.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from doing a mission or using the app.
